The Auschwitz Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (AIPR) is proud to announce that Mr. John Haworth, longtime Senior Executive for the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) in New York City, has joined its International Advisory Board. As the Senior Executive of the George Gustav Heye Center, NMAI’s location in lower Manhattan, Mr. Haworth oversaw the opening of Infinity of Nations, an exhibit housing one of the world’s largest collections representing native peoples of the Americas. He has participated in an array of programming and penned several essays for publications focusing on native history and culture, as well as collaborating with the Auschwitz Institute on workshops for New York area high school and middle school teachers.
